Brigham-Gill Village CDJR is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join their team.

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $100,000-$200,000

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all salespeople
• Ensure that all sales personnel become factory-certified
• Assist individual salespeople in setting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and objectives, and provide them with the support to meet these goals
• Assist salespeople in closing deals, including creating follow-up communications with customers to increase closing percentages
• Supervise the efforts of salespeople to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership
• Direct and schedule the activities of salespeople to ensure proper staffing at all times
• Ensure that salespeople understand and follow dealership policies and procedures
• Responsible for making daily customer call backs of unsold prospect customers with the goal of making appointments
• Responsible for all aspects of the selling system such as demo line, product display, etc.
• Responsible for finance paperwork processing
• Stay abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers
• Attend and conduct daily/weekly sales meetings and training
• Realize and strive to meet monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals and objectives for the department
• Understand, keep abreast of and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect vehicle sales

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Sales Manager
• Must be available to work Saturdays
  
• Knowledgeable in vAuto appraisal system
  
• Ability to manage, motivate, and coach a sales team
  
• Professional management style, outgoing personality, positive attitude, and professional appearance
  
• Strong customer service and follow-up skills
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Strong computer skills
  
• Valid driver’s license
