Village Motors Colorado - Aston Martin, Lamborghini, Maserati, McLaren, Koenigsegg & Czinger is looking for an experienced Title Registration Clerk to join their accounting team.

Pay: $27-32/hr

Responsibilities

• Document Processing: Prepare and submit tax and title documents for both new and used vehicle sales

• Compliance: Verify all paperwork for accurate signatures, VIN numbers, and required disclosures to meet state and federal regulations

• Lien Management: Process payoffs on trade-ins and coordinate with financial institutions to obtain titles

• Inventory Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized filing system for all vehicle titles and deal jackets

• Communication: Act as a liaison between the dealership and the DMV to resolve any titling issues or delays

• Reporting: Track the status of pending titles and provide regular updates to the management and finance teams
  

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in automotive titling or a high-volume administrative role

• Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including experience with Dealership Management Systems (DMS) such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or Dealertrack

• Detail-oriented: Exceptional accuracy in data entry and a "eagle eye" for catching errors in legal documents

• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot titling issues (e.g., out-of-state registrations, power of attorney forms)

• Knowledge: Familiarity with state-specific motor vehicle laws and tax regulations
